Job summary

FOX in New York, NY seeks a Senior Events Manager to plan and execute bespoke client events supporting the Ad Sales Engagement & Events team. You will manage end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships while coordinating with executives and cross-functional teams for high-profile client experiences.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and willingness to work evenings and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute bespoke client events that support ad sales relationships and business development efforts.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, production, hotel block management, transportation, and guest experience.
• Own all event communications and documentation, including attendee tracking, rooming lists, travel manifests, and activity selections with high accuracy.
• Oversee development and approval of event communications (Save-the-Dates, invitations, RSVP materials, branding collateral).
• Develop and manage event budgets from inception through reconciliation, including expense authorizations and real-time tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, contracting, and invoice processing via Coupa.
• Lead internal engagement events such as team gatherings, leadership meetings, and employee experiences.
• Provide on-site event management, ensuring seamless execution from setup through breakdown.
• Partner with Ad Sales leads and cross-functional teams to align events with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain timelines, run-of-show documents, and all event-related communications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time to ensure high-quality attendee experience.
• Manage premium/merchandising programs, including sourcing, packaging, inventory tracking, and recipient management.
• Maintain event calendars and client program materials.
• Create and maintain detailed event dossiers for each Ad Sales hospitality program.
• Support internal Ad Sales events and charitable initiatives.
