ICONIQ Studio seeks a Senior Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact events that reflect ICONIQ’s brand and community mission. You will manage end-to-end logistics, including venue, vendors, catering, and budgets, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining thorough timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of events coordination experience, tech or investment space preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Experience with Splash and Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept through completion, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, logistics, and budget management.
• Manage event registration and tracking using Splash and Salesforce.
• Coordinate internal planning meetings and maintain detailed timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare event presentations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized digital assets across platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Support vendor sourcing and relationship management.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event debriefs to implement learnings.
