Confidential Company in New York City seeks a Senior Associate, Events to own a diverse portfolio spanning family-office, affiliated organizations, and Partners. The role combines corporate events with highly personalized, bespoke experiences for senior Partners.

Based in Meatpacking District/West Village, NYC, this 5‑days-onsite position offers $150–175K base plus discretionary bonus and benefits, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service, privacy, and high‑touch execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate event planning and execution experience.
• 4+ years of bespoke personal events planning and execution.
• Proven experience delivering polished, high-end experiences within budgets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• High EQ with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and external partners.
• Discreet, polished, resourceful, and comfortable in a high-touch environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills when plans shift and timelines change.
• Experience with Cvent, Smartsheet and MS Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own events from concept through day-of execution and post-event debrief.
• Plan and execute corporate, internal, external and bespoke personal events.
• Partner with senior Partners to understand preferences and deliver personalized experiences.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, catering, contracts and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners using the new event space.
• Build and maintain a network of high-quality vendors and partners.
• Develop systems, playbooks and processes for consistency and scalability.
• Be onsite for events and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct post-event analyses and incorporate lessons for future planning.
