Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events hosted by the Office of the Simmons Dean, including academic ceremonies, signature department events, donor events, and special projects led by the Dean.
• Oversee event production timelines, budgets, and staffing; collaborate with vendors, campus partners, and internal clients.
• Provide executive and operational support; handle time-sensitive tasks and priorities for the Dean's Office.
• Support development-related processes, donor communications, and materials routing with Development Officers.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work evenings and weekends; travel as needed.
