LDV Hospitality HQ is seeking a Director of Events to lead strategic event planning and execution for a variety of hospitality experiences. You will manage a diverse portfolio, drive revenue, and elevate the brand through superb client service and team leadership.

You will partner with senior leadership, vendors, and departments to deliver seamless events—from weddings to corporate functions—while optimizing budgets and timelines. This role is on-site in the New Jersey market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of event management experience, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership/managerial role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills; deep knowledge of event budgeting and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, conferences and other activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to align event goals with marketing and sales.
• Lead and support the events team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate events with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure event success.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for favorable terms.
• Create and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists and project plans.
• Oversee on-site event logistics and team management during events.
• Collect feedback and measure event success for continuous improvement.
