Job summary

The National Alliance for Public Charter Schools seeks a Marketing and Logistics Lead to manage event planning, logistics, and multi-city coordination for the National Charter Schools Conference and associated programs. You will drive attendance and engagement by coordinating vendors, venues, and promotional efforts in close collaboration with Communications.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in event planning, meeting logistics, or program operations in nonprofit, association, or political environments.
• Experience marketing events to professional audiences, ideally including a large-scale conference.
• Experience managing vendor and venue relationships across multi-city or multi-event calendars.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics for Partner Fly-Ins, Congress on Campus visits, and earmark TA sessions.
• Coordinate venue and vendor coordination for SLC and APCSA convenings, including invitations and materials.
• Lead conference marketing and promotion to drive registration and session attendance, in collaboration with Communications.
• Staff and coordinate CMO monthly calls, SLC monthly calls, and quarterly school and network leader calls; prepare agendas and briefs.
• Provide on-site execution support for NCSC, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
