You'll build a local territory pipeline, develop high-value accounts, and drive retention through post-event outreach. Expect evenings/weekends, a tiered pay plan, and commission opportunities as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships naturally and follows through consistently.
• Strong communicator and presenter, tailoring pitches to a room or a committee.
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage large events with many moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13 and above, from social events to large corporate buyouts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions, longer timelines, and complex contracts.
• Match clients to the right venue, package, and custom experience.
• Own local outreach in the territory and build relationships with companies and groups.
• Hit quarterly quotas with a tiered pay structure and commission details.
