Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist to own the end-to-end sales cycle for group events, from social gatherings to large corporate buyouts. You will manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, tailor experiences, and drive retention with post-event follow-up.

You'll lead BEO meetings, partner with venue operations, and operate in a hybrid work model. Evening and weekend availability is expected to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in group or event sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with large or complex events is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-value pipeline and close deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships and follows through.
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13 and above—from social events to large corporate buys.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with longer timelines and complex contracts.
• Match clients to the right venue, package, and custom experience.
• Own local outreach and build relationships with companies and community groups.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts through prospecting.
• Work toward a quarterly quota with tiered pay and a defined commission plan.
• Lead BEO meetings and coordinate with venue ops for flawless execution.
• Drive retention and repeat business through post-event follow-up.
