Qualifications

• 0-1 years of exposure to rigging and technical production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Rigging 300 (1-day in person class).
• Lift Certification.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights exceeding 15ft.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize rigging tools and equipment per event needs.
• Provide ground rigging support and assist with lifts and motor cables.
• Establish hang-points, connect hoists and attachments to rigging points, inspect cabling.
• Perform final safety checks and escalate issues to supervisor.
