Job summary

Harvey is seeking an experienced events/content professional to own programming for high-visibility conferences, including FORUM. You will shape sessions, speaker lineups, and editorial standards to deliver a cohesive, high-impact experience for lawyers, clients, and partners.

The role sits at the intersection of content, product marketing, and executive engagement, requiring strong storytelling, project management, and the ability to operate under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in events, content, or programming roles.
• Experience with flagship conferences.
• Ability to curate world-class content for large in-person events.
• Experience managing speakers: outreach, scheduling, rehearsals.
• Strong storyteller for senior stakeholders and attendees.
• Strategic thinker who builds new plans from scratch.
• Comfort collaborating with Product, Marketing, Creative and Leadership under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Curate agenda: sessions, tracks, content across multiple stages.
• Project manage Product Keynote end to end.
• Source and prep speakers from outreach through rehearsal.
• Partner with Customer Engagement for customer stories for on-stage content.
• Coordinate evening entertainment and activation programming.
• Build systems, trackers, and playbooks to scale programming across editions and geographies.
• Analyze post-event data to inform content strategy and speaker decisions.
• Deliver clear status updates to Leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Partner across Production, Marketing, and Enablement to translate content decisions into live experience.
