Job summary

REVOLUTION EVENTS in Baltimore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead event production from start to finish, coordinating staff, rentals, and client relations. Expect on-site leadership, scheduling across multiple teams, and close collaboration with Producers to deliver flawless events.

The role requires travel to job sites, strong budgeting discipline, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to meet company quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of standard construction procedures, methods, materials, equipment, tools and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee staff.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire job from setup to strike, including staff, deliveries, gear, and client relations.
• Collaborate with Producers to complete and distribute Pullsheets for each job.
• Review jobs with Producers, using tools like Flex, ShiftPlanner and Monday.com to create an execution checklist.
• Attend weekly production meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
• Complete project checklists and allocate production schedules in project software.
