Job summary

Revolution Event Design & Production is expanding its design team and seeking a creative Junior Producer to join the events division in Maryland. You will contribute to the design and production of high-profile events, from concept and design boards to site visits and timelines, collaborating with in-house teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes client management, rapid ideation, and seamless execution, with salary plus commission-based opportunities

Qualifications

• Client management experience demonstrated in events.
• Strong knowledge of event production processes and timelines.
• Creative concept ideation and design presentation skills.
• Ability to work fast, accurately under pressure.
• Proficient with event tech and collaboration tools.
• Minimum of 5 years in event design/production/management.

Responsibilities

• Design and production of events from concept to execution.
• Develop design boards, presentations, quotes and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with in-house fabrication teams.
• Manage other vendors and develop floor plans for events.
• Travel as needed to ensure flawless on-site delivery.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Junior Producer (also referred to as Junior Designer or Senior Salesperson) is ultimately responsible for the design and production of events. This includes original concept and ideation, development of design boards and presentations, quote development, site visits, working with in-house production/fabrication departments, managing other vendors, developing floor plans and timelines, and heading to site to make sure your vision is exceptionally executed! The Junior Producer will also work side by side other seasoned designers to assist in the execution of other events, as needed.
