Augeo is seeking a Senior Event Producer who owns creative ideas and leads the technical production of live, virtual, and hybrid experiences from concept through show day, prioritizing audience impact and client objectives.

You will manage budgets, timelines, scripts, and speaker coaching, collaborating with account, creative design, and client teams while driving innovation with AI-assisted content and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in experiential marketing strategy and live event production.
• Hands-on experience leading virtual or hybrid programs.
• Proven ability to drive creative and strategic vision with projects you can walkthrough in detail.
• Excellent communication skills and client executive presentation experience.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors, tracking hours and margin against scope.
• Strong technical command of stage production (scenic, lighting, audio, video, graphics).
• Experience leading video production from scripting to edits.
• Hands-on experience with emerging production tech (AI tools, LED, virtual production).
• Video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work extended hours during events.

Responsabilités

• Develop innovative production concepts and experience strategies that support program objectives and audience engagement.
• Plan, execute, and integrate production elements: stage design, lighting, audio, video, graphics, and show flow.
• Track production trends and emerging technology, including AI-assisted content workflows and virtual production.
• Produce virtual and hybrid programs: selecting streaming platforms, remote speaker workflows, and recording.
• Lead video and content production from scripting and directing shoots to reviews of edits and motion graphics.
• Plan upstream months before events, from intake to post-show closeout.
• Own run-of-show documentation, production schedules, rehearsals, and onsite leadership.
• Manage production vendors, freelancers, and budgets; flag scope changes early.
