Make It Mariko, an award-winning creative events agency based in San Francisco, is seeking a Full-Time Event Producer to lead client events and in-house projects. The role is logistics-heavy with opportunities to shine in production, design, and vendor management.

You will manage a range of events from fundraisers to VIP tech summits and weddings, coordinating venues, vendors, budgets, and run-of-show documents while collaborating with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Project Management, Event Planning, or Production management.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage venues, coordinate vendors, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee on-site event production, vendor load-in/out, and staff coordination.
• Manage client communications and run-of-show documents.
• Plan weddings and other events, including non-traditional formats.
• Collaborate with design team on event assets and guest materials.
