Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced event operations professional to lead the company’s flagship events, including the User Conference and Year in Infrastructure awards. You will coordinate planning cadence, workstreams and cross-functional follow-through with stakeholders and partners.

The role requires strong organizational discipline, practical problem-solving, and a bias toward action. Travel up to 30% and hybrid work options apply as we delivery in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in event operations or project management.
• Experience supporting large-scale corporate conferences or complex multi-day events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational projects for flagship events (User Conference, Year in Infrastructure).
• Build schedules, critical paths and milestone plans across delivery phases.
• Coordinate planning cadence, readiness reviews and issue-resolution forums.
• Oversee onboarding with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution.
