Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to design, build, and scale a world-class events function for Higher Education and K-12 markets. You’ll own end-to-end event lifecycle from strategy to execution, partnering with Sales, CS, and Brand to drive pipeline and brand impact.

The role is remote with travel 30-40%, and reports to the VP of Revenue Marketing. You’ll manage an coordinator and outsourced operations partner, shaping an AI-forward, growth-oriented events program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, including building or scaling programs.
• Experience managing an agency or outsourced operations partner.
• People management experience or readiness to manage a direct report.
• Fluent with AI tools applied to marketing/event workflows and a growth mindset.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation/ABM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end event portfolio across Higher Ed and K-12.
• Build the annual event plan grounded in research of associations and conferences.
• Identify speaking opportunities to position TimelyCare with decision-makers.
• Design and scale an event function and operating model for growth.
• Lead pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS for pre/post-event outreach and ABM plays.
• Redesign workflows around AI, content, targeting, and reporting.
• Manage a Coordinator and an outsourced agency for logistics.
