A leading venue management company is seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee all aspects of touring events at Santander Arena. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with public safety officials, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Event Manager (SEM) is a team-oriented professional responsible for managing all aspects of touring events at the facility, from advanced planning to event execution. The SEM will also handle booking or coordinating revenue-generating events. As the lead for the Event Department, the SEM oversees the Event Manager and may hire, train, schedule, and supervise all event staff in collaboration with the Event Manager. The role involves interaction with local public safety officials to ensure smooth operations, coordination of communication among event staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer and lessee experience.
This role offers an annual salary of $50,000-$60,000.
