Elior North America is seeking a Service & Hospitality Manager to join the Constellation Culinary Events team in Miami, FL. The role partners with event producers to deliver large-scale events, train the service team, and uphold exceptional hospitality across client touchpoints.

Based at the Miami Wynwood offices, the position requires travel throughout the FL region (20–30%) and strong front-of-house leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality, banquet, or operations management experience within a high-volume, high-quality environment.
• Exceptional hospitality instincts and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to support business and event needs.
• Demonstrated experience in event execution and on-site event management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Canva.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally outside the market (estimated 20–30%).
• Experience executing complex catering events with budgets over $150K and 1000+ guests.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of service models for venues and events.
• Collaborate with Event Producers on walk-throughs and event planning, production, and flow.
• Serve as regional subject matter expert for event execution and service for menus, equipment, staffing, and layouts.
• Lead event captain duties for tastings, setups, and large-scale events across the region.
• Oversee event setup/breakdown for accuracy and efficiency; ensure SOPs are followed.
