Job summary

Urban Organics is seeking a Client Hospitality Coordinator to support the Executive Hospitality Manager and ensure smooth people operations for each event. Your focus is hospitality staffing, bookings, timesheets, security access, and onsite staff compliance, with additional pre-/post-production support and occasional Event Manager duties.

You will contribute your creative and client-care strengths to ensure every Urban Organics event feels personal, polished, and memorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in event planning, catering, or hospitality management.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to timesheets and schedules.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Handle hospitality staffing: bookings, staffing, and timesheets.
• Manage security access and onsite staff compliance.
• Provide pre- and post- production support and assist as Event Manager when needed.
• Maintain brand standards in guest experience, design, and service.
