Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking an Event Captain for La Serre to lead on-site execution of private dining and events in a fast-paced setting. You will translate BEOs into coordinated setup and service while protecting the guest experience and company standards.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and coordinate event staff confidently. This hands-on role may include regular restaurant server shifts as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years serving or banquet experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead event execution and coordinate a service team.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, allergens, and steps-of-service.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs, floor plans, menus, and event timelines before service.
• Coordinate setup, service, and breakdown with staff and kitchen.
• Maintain guest experience by proactive service and timely issue resolution.
