Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking an Event Captain - Prime & Provisions to oversee on-site execution of private dining and events. This hands-on role coordinates service, STAFF, and timelines to protect the guest experience and uphold company standards.

As a leader, you will translate BEOs into setup, service, and breakdown, conduct pre-shift briefings, and work closely with the Events team, management, FOH/BOH partners to ensure flawless events and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of serving or banquet service experience in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Able to lead event execution and coordinate a service team.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, allergens, and steps-of-service.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably Toast, and accurate payment handling.
• Must meet age requirements to serve alcohol and have required certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review BEOs, floor plans, menus, and timelines before service.
• Coordinate setup, service stations, and supplies with teams.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and assign service responsibilities.
• Set pace for warm, attentive service and assist guests as needed.
• Coordinate breakdown, payments, and post-event follow-up.
