Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Events Captains to oversee private dining and special events in a high-volume environment. The role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring excellent guest experiences and coordinating event staff effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of serving or banquet service experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead event execution and coordinate a service team.
• Strong food, beverage, allergen, and steps-of-service knowledge.
• Valid alcohol service and food service certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site execution of private dining and special events.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign service responsibilities.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate event breakdown and closeout procedures.
