Job summary

Cognia is seeking a Lead Evaluator for Early Learning to provide quality services to institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive teaching and leadership experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities include conducting reviews and providing technical assistance, alongside collaborating with local offices to enhance accreditation processes. This role demands exceptional communication skills and significant knowledge of educational leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Birth through Kindergarten teaching experience.
• Three or more years in a leadership capacity in early learning settings.
• Certification for E-Leot and/or Erel required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various types of Cognia reviews including Accreditation Engagement.
• Deliver technical assistance and training to institutions.
• Facilitate training sessions for accreditation preparation.

Skills

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Substantial experience in the field of education as a school or district leader

Knowledge of Cognia processes and protocols

Education

BS in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

M.Ed. Ed.D. or Ph.D. in educational leadership area
