City and County of Denver is seeking a Senior Evaluator – Community Health to lead learning and evaluation across DDPHE programs. You will work with community members and partners to design analyses, share findings, and guide program improvements.

Based in Denver, you will contribute to health equity by evaluating diverse initiatives, participate in emergency planning, and present results to stakeholders and grantors. This is a fixed-term position with hybrid work options.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or related field.
• Three years of professional experience conducting research and analysis on environmental/public health issues.
• Education/Experience Equivalency: 1 year substituted per year of post‑high school education.
• License/Certifications: None.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluation for DDPHE community health initiatives and collaborate with program staff and partners.
• Develop evaluation plans, data sharing, reporting, and monitoring to inform program decisions.
• Coordinate across teams to align objectives with evaluation activities and improve learning.
• Provide technical assistance and training to partners using equity‑centered methodologies.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for boards, grantors, and partners.
• Support emergency preparedness and on‑call duties as needed.
