Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is hiring a Project Manager to lead and coordinate a broad range of evaluation projects within the Community Health and Education team. The role supports CHHS strategic goals, balancing multiple initiatives with mature judgment and innovative approaches to prevention-based programs.

The position requires the ability to gather data, collaborate with partners, and communicate findings through reports, briefings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in research, evaluation, education or related field.
• 5+ years experience in program evaluation and research, particularly with diverse populations.
• Experience in planning, consulting or project management; leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation projects with teams and document progress.
• Align evaluation initiatives with CHHS goals and update plans as needed.
• Gather data from communities using culturally responsive methods.
• Research best practices; assess programs for continuous improvement.
• Act as a consultative resource from development to implementation.
• Create and monitor department-wide reports and balance scorecards.
• Maintain partnerships with community organizations and academia.
• Support grant development and prepare presentations as requested.
• Communicate project updates to leaders and resolve issues promptly.
