Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in research, evaluation, education or related field.
• 5+ years experience in program evaluation and research, specifically in diverse and underrepresented populations.
• Requires leadership experience and cross-functional work team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages a broad range of evaluation projects within the Community Health and Education team.
• Provides data gathering with community members using culturally responsive evaluation practices.
• Develops and maintains department-wide reports and presentations to disseminate findings.
• Collaborates with CHHS departments on grant development and presentations.
• Communicates project information to program leaders and escalates issues with recommendations.
