Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks a Project Manager to lead a broad range of evaluation projects within the Community Health and Education team. These projects support CHHS strategic plans and annual goals and require adapting style to the needs of each initiative.

Leads, coordinates and implements a broad range of evaluation projects across Community Health and Education team. These projects support the implementation of CHHS strategic plans, annual goals and objectives. The projects and initiatives are expected to be diverse in nature and require the Project Manager to adapt their style based upon the needs of the project. This position provides project support to multiple projects at one time and must demonstrate mature judgment in managing multiple simultaneous projects as well as knowledge and expertise in best practices and innovative approaches to evaluation of prevention-based community programs.
Bachelor's Degree in research, evaluation, education or related field. Required
5+ years experience in program evaluation and research, specifically in the areas of diverse and underrepresented populations. Required
Requires demonstrated experience in planning, consulting or project management. Required
Requires demonstrated leadership experience in, or capacity to manage, cross-functional work teams with no direct reporting relationship. Required
Skilled in the use of the following behavioral competencies: Problem solving, Organizing, Drive for Results, Presentation Skills, and Interpersonal Savvy.
Change agent demeanor, must be a flexible thinker with an ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
