Job summary

UN Women is seeking an experienced Senior Evaluation Consultant to support the Evaluation of UN Women’s Coordination Mandate. The role involves leading scoping, inception, data collection and reporting, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based recommendations within a complex UN system context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in evaluation
• Experience leading complex corporate or system-wide evaluations
• Strong knowledge of gender equality analysis and evaluation practices

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive written, analytical, and technical contributions across scoping, inception, data collection, analysis and reporting phases of the evaluation
• Lead or participate in qualitative and quantitative data collection including interviews and focus groups
• Develop recommendations informing coordination strategies, governance, and resourcing within UN Women
• Ensure evaluation products meet UNEG standards and GERAAS quality criteria
