Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in evaluation.
• Proven hands-on experience leading or contributing to complex corporate, institutional, thematic or system-wide evaluations.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of gender-responsive evaluation approaches

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, inception and study design for evaluative work.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, triangulate and analyse data.
• Produce high-quality reports with actionable recommendations for accountability and results.
