Engineers and Constructors International Inc. in the United States seeks a Sr Process Technology Development Engineer focused on EVA high‑pressure processing at our Pennsylvania headquarters.

You will act as the technical lead for reactor systems, collaborating with Operations, R&D, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to improve performance. The role emphasizes process scale‑up, technology transfer, capital projects, and adherence to ISO 13485/GMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive engineering experience in chemical manufacturing or related fields.
• Hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, modifying, or scaling EVA high‑pressure reactor systems or similar high‑pressure equipment.
• Experience scaling chemical processes from lab to commercial manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital equipment and process improvement projects.
• Experience in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, FDA-regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary engineering resource for EVA high‑pressure processing and reactor systems, troubleshooting and improving safety, reliability, productivity, and scalability.
• Lead technology development, transfer, scale‑up, and commercialization to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead capital and engineering projects from concept through implementation including budgeting and vendor evaluation.
• Support quality system requirements within ISO 13485 by managing engineering changes and documentation.
