Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Body Repair Technician in the United States to develop and advance its collision repair capability. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs, replace damaged parts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting the program team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in collision repair, aluminum welding/bonding experience, and proficiency with repair equipment and diagnostic software. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum hands-on technician experience in collision industry
• OEM Structural Repair Certifications from instructor-led training (Tesla, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes, Audi beneficial)
• Aluminum MIG welding / MIG brazing experience
• Aluminum adhesive bonding experience
• Aluminum structural repair experience
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and traveling as needed
• Diagnostic software experience
• Ability to work overtime for special projects

Responsibilities

• Perform Structural / Non-Structural repairs
• Replace damaged body parts with repaired or new parts
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Participate in required training
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
• Comply with Lucid safety rules and standards
