Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Body Repair Structural/Non-Structural Technician to build world‑class collision repair capabilities. You will work hands-on with the Body Repair Program team and collaborate across Lucid departments to develop scalable processes and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on collision repair experience, knowledge of aluminum repair, and proficiency with diagnostic software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• 5+ years hands-on collision repair experience.
• OEM Structural Repair certifications from major brands are a plus.
• Ability to use repair bench systems including Car-Bench, Celette, Car-O-Liner, Spanesi, Global-Jig.
• Explain and demonstrate best-practice body repair techniques.
• Aluminum MIG welding/brazing experience.
• Aluminum adhesive bonding experience.
• Aluminum structural repair experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Lift up to 100 lbs and travel as needed.
• Diagnostic software experience; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Structural / Non-Structural repairs.
• Remove damaged parts and replace with repaired or new parts.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Comply with Lucid safety rules and standards.
