Job summary
Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Structural Repair Technician to join the Body Repair team. You will perform advanced structural repairs on Lucid vehicles, measure and repair structural components, and work closely with Body Repair Paint and Mechanical teams to maintain safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with modern vehicle construction, aluminum welding, and OEM repair procedures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on collision repair experience.
- OEM Structural Repair Certifications from top manufacturers advantageous.
- Proficient with repair benches and equipment (Car-Bench, Celette, Car-O-Liner, Spanesi).
- Experience with aluminum MIG welding and adhesive bonding.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced structural repairs following Lucid procedures and engineering specs.
- Diagnose structural damage and determine repair or replacement needs.
- Restore corrosion protection and seam sealers after repairs.
- Maintain and calibrate repair equipment and measuring systems.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all repairs.
