Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company is seeking a Senior Engineer for EV Battery System Design at our Superior Township, MI facility. The position involves executing engineering projects to develop high voltage battery systems to support electrified vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in xEV systems, and will manage projects, lead design reviews, and benchmark competitor technologies.

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in xEV high voltage batteries, 5+ years in automotive.
Experience managing Engineering Change Request (ECR) and implementing design revisions.
Strong knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

Execute engineering projects for new high voltage battery systems.
Design and develop xEV battery pack systems.
Benchmark competitor electrified vehicles.
