• Design and implement battery management functions for safety and performance.
• Conduct system performance analysis and modeling to optimize operation.
• Support verification and validation of control strategies and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support all phases from concept design to production readiness.
• Document specs, test plans, and validation results.
