Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to shape the architecture for endpoint management, VDI, and identity integration in Sunnyvale. You will lead modernization projects, drive zero-touch provisioning, and manage device compliance for a global enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, present progress to leadership, and collaborate across IT with Security, Network, Cloud, and Service Desk teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years in end-user computing, workplace engineering, or infrastructure architecture.
Expertise with Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, and Jamf or a comparable macOS management tool.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or VMware Horizon.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, device compliance, OS lifecycle management, and patching.
Experience leading enterprise EUC transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Define the EUC roadmap and lead endpoint, mobility, and virtual desktop modernization.
Set standards for provisioning, OS builds, patching, application delivery, and device compliance.
Use telemetry, KPIs, and automation to improve device health and employee experience.
Partner with Identity, Security, Network, Cloud, Service Desk, and business teams.
Mentor engineers and lead design reviews.
