Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced EUC Endpoint Engineer for a 12-month contract. You will manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, AD, and Entra ID, and help implement security/compliance policies across endpoints.

You will also support macOS/iOS devices, deploy applications, develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Graph APIs), and provide Tier 3 end-user support, working with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Requires expertise with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience with Windows 11, Autopilot, Entra ID, GPO, and Windows Update for Business.
• Strong packaging and deployment experience.
• PowerShell and Graph automation experience.
• Experience managing Apple enterprise devices.
• Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, AD, and Entra ID.
• Configure security/compliance policies and BitLocker/Defender.
• Support macOS/iOS devices using Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE.
• Package and deploy enterprise apps via MSI, MSIX, Win32, APP-V, PKG, DMG.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Graph API, Bash, JSON, and XML.
• Provide Tier 3 support and proactive process improvements.
