Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks an EUC Endpoint Engineer for a 12-month engagement in Dallas, TX. You will manage Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Defender for Endpoint to keep enterprise devices secure and compliant.

The role covers Apple device management (Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager), software packaging, deployment via MSI/APP-V, and automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Bash, JSON, and XML.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 management using Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience managing Apple enterprise devices.
• Strong endpoint security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage Windows security features including BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, Windows LAPS, and security/compliance policies.
• Support macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices using Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure Apple device enrollment, configuration profiles, FileVault, applications, and device policies.
• Package and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, MSIX, Win32, EXE, App-V, PKG, and DMG formats.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Bash/Z shell, JSON, and XML.
• Support modern provisioning and migration using Autopilot, Entra Join, Hybrid Entra Join, co-management, and tenant attach.
• Assist with migration from traditional imaging and legacy software-distribution to cloud-based endpoint management.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, SSO, certificates, PKI, and least-privilege administration.
• Provide Tier 3 / senior-level support and resolve complex endpoint issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
• Maintain technical documentation for EUC environments.
