Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Dallas, TX seeks an EUC Endpoint Engineer for a 12‑month engagement. You will manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID to keep endpoints secure and compliant.

You will deploy apps, configure device policies, write automation scripts with PowerShell and Graph, and assist with migrations toward modern cloud‑based management, including MFA, RBAC, and Defender for Endpoint across Windows and Apple

Qualifications

• Experience with Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 deployment and Autopilot.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, AD, GPO, and Windows Update for Business.
• PowerShell and Graph automation skills.
• Experience managing Apple devices in an enterprise.
• Strong security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation expertise.
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, AD, and Entra ID.
• Configure security policies and features (Defender, LAPS, BitLocker).
• Support macOS and iOS devices via Jamf Pro and Workspace ONE.
• Package and deploy enterprise apps using MSI, MSIX, Win32, PKG, and DMG formats.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Graph API, Bash, JSON, XML.
• Lead Tier 3 issue resolution with minimal guidance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
