Philips is seeking a Sr Program Manager for EU MDR to drive and oversee critical MDR remediation initiatives. The role leads cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, while aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will manage plans, resources, risks, and stakeholder engagement, measuring progress via KPIs and applying Philips PM standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Development, Business Strategy, or equivalent within MedTech/healthcare; proven track record of planning and managing complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in remediation projects, risk management and driving quality improvement initiatives; business processes, risk management, continuous improvement, transformation skills, Philips PSQ programs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, Project Management or equivalent; PMP preferred.
• Able to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Excellent communicator with ability to work cross functionally in a complex global environment.

• Develop and manage program plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to achieve key milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, manage interdependencies, and support strategic business objectives.
• Track program performance through KPIs, proactively addressing risks and challenges to maintain progress and maximize outcomes.
• Apply program management best practices and Philips PM standards while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
