Job summary

Philips is seeking a Sr Program Manager for EU MDR to drive critical compliance initiatives within the Sleep & Respiratory Care team. You will lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution, ensuring regulatory milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and interdependencies, while aligning with Philips PM standards and fostering collaboration across teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related fields (e.g., Project Development, Business Strategy).
• Experience with remediation projects, risk management, and driving quality initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration; PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU MDR-focused programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and manage program plans including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and manage interdependencies.
• Track program performance via KPIs and proactively address risks to maximize outcomes.
