Job summary

Philips is seeking a Sr Program Manager for EU MDR to drive critical remediation initiatives within the Sleep & Respiratory Care team. You will lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget, while proactively managing risks and stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with multiple functions, apply Philips PM standards, and focus on continuous improvement across teams, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Development, or Business Strategy within MedTech/healthcare.
• Experience with remediation projects, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU MDR-focused programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and manage program plans with resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and manage interdependencies.
• Track program performance via KPIs and address risks to maximize outcomes.
• Apply Philips PM standards and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
