Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Buffalo, NY to lead complex engineered-to-order centrifugal compressor projects from order to customer acceptance. You will serve as the main customer interface and oversee safety, quality, schedule, profitability, cash flow and contract compliance.

You will coordinate globally distributed teams across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and service, driving milestones, change orders and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or engineering) preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience in industrial or engineered-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex ETO centrifugal compressor projects concurrently.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Drive milestones, delivery commitments and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks; lead recovery plans when required.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and executive updates.
• Serve as primary customer interface and manage contract requirements.
