Job summary

Compeer Financial in the United States is seeking an experienced ETL/ELT Developer to design, build, and maintain data integration solutions across the enterprise. You will work on complex data movement between source systems and the data warehouse, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Work with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouses and Warehouses, develop reusable data integration patterns, and deliver secure data products for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/MIS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS SQL environments and ETL development (SSIS).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Factory, notebooks, and related data engineering tools.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex data concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and manage Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouses, Warehouses, and related data components.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues across source systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Create consumption views and semantic datasets for reporting and analytics.
