Compeer Financial is a member-owned cooperative focused on providing financial services to support agriculture and rural communities. This Sr Data Integration Engineer will design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and data movement across source systems and data warehouses using Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS SQL environments and ETL development.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric components including Lakehouse, Data Factory, notebooks.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and maintain data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop data platform databases, Lakehouses, Warehouses, and related components.
• Create, test and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data flows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot data pipelines and data quality issues.
• Apply best practices for security, deployment, and documentation.
