Job summary

Compeer Financial seeks an experienced ETL/ELT Developer to design and implement data integration pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, PySpark and Microsoft Fabric. You will lead database development efforts and coordinate with users, vendors, and internal teams to maximize data value across the enterprise data platform.

The role offers a hybrid work option with up to 50% remote, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance in data engineering across data warehouses and lakehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS SQL environments and ETL development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric data fabric components and SSIS.
• Experience designing data solutions for OLTP and analytics environments.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains data integration solutions using MS Fabric, Data Factory pipelines, and SSIS.
• Develops and administers data platform databases, Lakehouses, Warehouses and related components.
• Creates reliable ETL/ELT pipelines with monitoring and error handling.
• Collaborates with business users and IT teams to align data solutions with needs.
• Ensures data security, quality, documentation, and version control across deployments.
