CMA CGM is seeking a regional leader for Ethics, Privacy, and Integrity programs across North America. You will drive data privacy, anti-corruption, and Duty of Vigilance initiatives, collaborating with Legal, IT, HR, and business teams to protect the organization while enabling responsible growth.

You will lead training, governance, and regional responses to data subject requests, while promoting a culture of ethics and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, Law).
• 5–10 years of privacy/ethics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data privacy program for North America region.
• Oversee anti-corruption program and ethics policies.
• Support Duty of Vigilance and whistleblowing initiatives.
• Provide training and governance for compliance.
