CMA CGM is seeking a Communications & Media Relations Manager for North America in Arlington, VA. You will develop and execute integrated communications strategies, manage corporate reputation, and collaborate with global teams to shape external and internal messaging.

You will create compelling content, liaise with media, and support events and executive communications. A senior professional with strong writing, project management, and strategic thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North America-focused communications strategies aligned with CMA CGM's business objectives.
• Manage CMA CGM North America’s corporate reputation and stakeholder communications across external and internal channels.
• Create press materials including press releases, media statements, executive briefings and speeches.
• Build relationships with media, industry stakeholders and internal partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment; provide strategic counsel on reputational matters.
• Support planning of corporate events, leadership visits, customer engagements and conferences.
• Support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
