The role emphasizes governance, process optimization, and the integration of compliance into business transformation and technology initiatives to support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in compliance, ethics, privacy, regulatory affairs, audit, risk management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership on complex compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant compliance initiatives, regulatory changes, and policy updates across McKesson Canada's businesses.
• Translate regulatory obligations into practical implementation strategies, controls, and monitoring activities.
• Provide expert advice to business leaders on interpretation and implementation of complex requirements.
• Partner with functions to embed compliance considerations in operations and strategy.
• Develop multi-year compliance roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Drive governance, policy development, and continuous improvement of the program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions.
