Job summary

ARC Group is hiring a Sr Ethics & Compliance Specialist for a 100% remote position. The role leads investigations, monitors compliance work plans, and delivers governance training within a healthcare-focused program.

The candidate will mentor junior staff and collaborate with HR, Legal, and IT to enhance the compliance function. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in compliance or related fields, demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, regulatory, healthcare operations, or similar field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external parties.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Team-building and collaboration skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment.
Ability to manage challenging conversations and navigate conflicts.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations of varying complexity with thorough interviewing and reporting.
Monitor compliance work plan components and draft associated reports for leadership review.
Mentor junior specialists and support cross-functional collaboration across HR, Legal, and IT.
Identify risks in operational areas impacting government contracts and escalate appropriately.
Lead training content development and deliver live training sessions as needed.
Drive improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives.
Prepare and manage compliance documentation, dashboards, and board deliverables.
